From farm to table, the entire production chain is monitored daily with the utmost care. This monitoring is done by our own company and by Halal Correct. This independent institute follows the strictest internationally recognised guidelines and standards as agreed by, among others, OIC/SMIIC, the World Organisation of Islamic Countries, and the Malaysian and Indonesian standards. Halal Correct performs announced and unannounced inspections throughout the entire production process. In this way, Anur guarantees the halal worthiness of its products: independent, transparent and globally certified.

Whether you want chicken satay, fresh chicken fillet, young Gouda cheese, lasagna bolognese or one of our other 400+ products, everything from Anur is super fresh. Produced in the morning and displayed on the shelf the same day – this is what we strive to ensure.
We are also leading the way in frozen fresh products, which are always frozen immediately. Our frozen products include: minced-meat hot dogs, nasi blocks, chicken nuggets, köfte and cheese soufflés.

Naturally, animal welfare is also very important to us. We treat animals with respect and the greatest care, and feed them vegetarian food. Of course, all of our products are produced according to Islamic law. Animals are only kept among other clean animals and we never use additives such as alcohol and gelatine.

For over 25 years, we have been making it easy for you to enjoy halal food with a wide range of fresh or conveniently pre-cooked meat (such as kebab and chicken schnitzels), delicious meats (from sucuk to filet americain) and snacks such as köfte, croquettes and frikandellen.
We also make ready-made meals. You can choose from traditionally spiced dishes – for example, you can make a delicious Turkish güveç stew with pilaf rice in a few minutes – but also from international meals, such as an authentic curry, which tastes exactly the way they make it in India.
